We present this one to you not for Lykke Li’s musical prowess but more so for the mere message this performance relates. As we’ve mentioned before, music has the ability to transcend race, age, social status and damn near everything else. So here’s another example. Seems like in a way music’s getting back to being purely music. Back when cover bands were considered actual bands, and made a living off of playing other peoples shit. In my humble, Little Boots “Day N Nite” womps on this and Triz told me this womps on both! I’d have to agree. But this video is important nonetheless. Don’t thank me thank Daniel.
