Brette’s jooged us with another one. In efforts to present and relate female dopeness, Oakland based artist, designer and creator Brette Sims has recently completed a series of images aimed to relate the essence of womanhood while promoting the wholeness of femininity. Comprised of pencil and pen sketches, the pieces are a testament to how much you can create with simple materials. In her own words, “Each lady has a unique fashionable edge, which is an outward depiction of the course her heart takes. It’s really about just being a fucking lady. A lady who has the strength to never conform, rise above, and most importantly grind hard.”
